Terms and Conditions of the Auction
1. The Auctioneer is representing BJS PTFA in conducting the auction. This organisation is not responsible for the carrying out of any promise purchased at the auction or for any default of goods bought. 2. In the event of any dispute the Auctioneers decision is final. 3. If a lot fails to reach its reserve price then it will be withdrawn from the auction. 4. No lot may be removed by the buyer until the purchase price has been paid in full. All items purchased must be removed at the conclusion of the auction. 5. Purchasers of the promises must make arrangements for the fulfilment of the promises with the promisees. The organisers accept no responsibility for the carrying out of the promises by the promisees. All lots are sold as seen. All sales are final and there will be no refunds or exchanges of items. 6. Promises by individuals should be taken up within 6 months unless otherwise mutually agreed. 7. Payment for purchased lots can be made in cash or by cheque with a cheque guarantee card. 8. Prior to the auction, bids will be accepted up to 12 pm on Friday, 25th June at the school office, Brackley C E Junior School Manor Road, Brackley, Northants. If we can secure the item for you at less than the maximum we will, if not we will go up to your maximum but not over it.
